Improved whitelist/blacklist: auto check entries

I propose an algorithm that checks the correctness of the entries in the whitelist and the blacklist windows. The algorithm should remove pairs that do not exist. For inspiration look at Zignaly. Also, please change the entry field in the bot settings to a scroll list.
