Include manual DCA orders in the bot analytics DCA statistics

At present, you can add funds to a signal bot position with additional manual DCA orders, but the statistics in bot analytics only tell you about how many automatic DCA orders were filled. It would be much more useful if the statistics took the manual orders into account too. Thanks
