When encountering an error in the functionality you can set a switch that records the necessary information (functional but also technical) and sent it to Altrady. Before sending you can as a user provide it with some comments.
This avoids reportinng manually all the steps the user makes, files to sent, pictures to sent, etc...and many more questions.
