I recently lost some history due to deleting API key so my porfolio history is not correct anymore.
Suggestion: Take a daily / monthly snapshot of portfolio value to store history, rather than calculating it every time

A snapshot is taken. But these values and the trade and order history are associated with the Trading account. So if the Trading account is deleted, that data is lost.
For your situation, if the Trading account is gone, you could import the trade history:
