Add a button on the chart to quickly hide/show closed and open orders on the chart

Simply add the command to the RIGHT CLICK in the chart:
RIGHT click in the chart:
- show / hide all the executed trades
- show / hide all open orders
going out and in from full screen charting/ drawing as well as on fast environment like scalp trade and dealing with that upper menu is just cumbersome
