Temporary exclude (=mute) alerts

Instead of permanently removing a market from the alert system, it would be nice to be able to mute it based a different criterias (eg as long as a position is open, of for the next 1h, 1D, 1W). If monitoring & trading a lot of markets, it might be easy to forget that we've excluded one to not get spammed by an alert when the coin is moving. That'd help prevent that.
