Have a page/section with some statistics where you can see a summary of:
+ The total amount of open positions
+ The total PnL of all the open positions (on a per Exchange account basis, and total)
Activity Newest / Oldest

+send these statistics in an e-mail once a day (or every X hours, user-defined) with links to trades. This also will reduce the sending of your e-mail server to one cumulative e-mail with all open operations.
