Add Percentage value Widget on chart for every Buy Ladder Entry Order

Just like Take Profits exit orders have an % percent value on the chart, please add the same to the buy entries on ladder orders.
This helps position the ladder entries at the desired levels faster, without constantly using the measurement tool of TradingView.
The biggest advantage is on mobile/tablet where is harder to approximate and use measure tool.
